Mastodon formed in 1999 in Atlanta and has pretty much lived on the road since, touring with such acts as Iron Maiden and Slayer. The artwork used in this package is from the band’s highly successful third album, Blood Mountain, which was released in 2006 and saw the band's achievements recognised with a Grammy Nomination.

Rare is the artist who achieves that critical balance coupled with the level of fan support Mastodon has attained. Mastodon’s “blue collar” touring ethic has earned them constant accolades from fans that have grown accustomed to their accessibility, approachability and dedication as a working man’s band.
