THE SMITHS - THE QUEEN IS DEAD CAT: 2564672945

Originally pressed as a single disc gatefold 12" in 1986, the seminal Smiths masterpiece 'The Queen Is Dead' has been lovingly re-worked onto 10" format. Working closely with Johnny Marr, Rhino UK employed expert vinyl cutter Frank Arkwright to cut new masters to stunning effect. The record sounds as lively and relevant today as it did 25 years ago and its social and political musings draw a poignant parallel now to the state of the United Kingdom when it was originally released.

NEW ORDER & JOY DIVISION - CEREMONY CAT: FAC33

Ceremony Front   Ceremony Front

Two songs, two bands. One intrinsic link. From the ashes of Joy Division rose New Order. Their debut offering ‘Ceremony’ (FAC.33) backed with B-Side In A Lonely Place began the transformation of a dynamic, exciting young band who had lost their frontman to a monumentally big pop group responsible for the biggest selling dance single of all time, ‘Blue Monday’.

Side 1 New Order
1. Ceremony 2. In A Lonely Place
Side 2 Joy Division
1. Ceremony 2. In A Lonely Place

Limited to 1000.

ECHO & THE BUNNYMEN - THE KILLING MOON
CAT: 5249857087

TKM

A lovingly re-worked 7" "Radio Promo" of 'The Killing Moon'. Despite the 12" format having a live version of 'Do It Clean' as the B-side, the radio promo did not and in fact featured a studio version. Rhino UK have re-mastered the audio and cleaned up the artwork to make a stunning addition to the Rhino UK Record Store Day release schedule.

Tracklisting
A. The Killing Moon (5:50)
B. Do It Clean (2:48)
