I have been told by someone at Universal in the Netherlands that you will be launching a special website for the exchange of the faulty 2 CD sets. I think it's about time we fans (who bought the collector's editions when released) will be getting replacements. Please help us, we really want good discs!! There are now corrected ones, and it's really disappointing I have been getting not a single reply to all the (friendly) e-mails I have sent over the past year.

How do I go about returning the New Order "Collectors Edition" CDs just bought? Movement / Power, Corruption & Lies / Lowlife / Brotherhood / Technique. They are all faulty. Can you please ensure these are replaced by CDs mastered from original master tapes, instead of the fakes you've been selling. The main albums claim to be "remastered", but some of them sound worse than the original Factory albums. They're just compressed like mp3s. The bonus discs are even worse: they sound like somebody has been attempting to record vinyl (yuck...) and "de-noise" the surface noise. Unacceptable! Go and find the master tapes! One more thing, the "Brotherhood" disc promises tracks called "True Dub" and "Beach Buggy", however, these tracks are nowhere to be found on the CD!! There's some awful remixes in their place. Surely some mistake? Likewise, "Shellshock" is not the full-length 12" version that was promised. Rhino have released excellent sounding remasters in the past, overseen by people like Steve Hoffman and Bill Inglot. That's why I'm shocked to hear these. I'm very disappointed with this "product" - I hope this is all some major mistake and that somebody picked the wrong glass masters. Looking forward to a better Rhino product next time.
